CSV column format

Header row must include these columns (one row per athlete):

Athlete First Name, Athlete Last Name, Country, Position, Status, Swim, T1, Bike, T2, Run, Total Time

Alternatively use a single Name column instead of First/Last.

Times as hh:mm:ss or mm:ss (e.g. 00:17:51 or 17:51).
Country as a 3-letter code (USA, CAN, JPN) for World Triathlon or a team name for NCAA.
Status values: Finished, DNF, DSQ, DNS, LAP.
Leave a time blank for any segment the athlete didn't complete.
